Service Description

Explore and activate the wisdom of your body. We can all get stuck in our head led thoughts and in our learnt expectations and rules. We can get stuck with what others expect from us. Many of our thoughts and responses come from past experiences. However, some of us know that there is another option, another life out there for us and we are ready to blossom and explore. To join you on your journey my offerings are:- A 60 minute taster session allows you to experience how your body can show you the way forward and show you what makes it settle and sing. Follow up ideas and strategies are emailed directly to you. A longer journey enables us to explore the supports and sparkles that nourish your nervous system and your soul. 60-90 minute sessions every other week allow us to explore your blocks, your brilliance and your purpose. We support these sessions with ideas and activities or resources to utilise between sessions, and check-ins to share wins and tweak strategies is offered. This can either be a 3 month or a six month collaboration to suit your journey. I am currently offering this service to individuals directly or for companies to source for their employees. The packages below show my costings to individuals and I am happy to discuss funding with any employer.
